Driving/
General rules
We are one team, embarking on a mission in honour of Aston Martin.
To ensure the safety of the group, we ask every driver to limit his or her driving skills and always follow the directions of the lead driver and/or officials.
Your lead driver is your first point of contact during the drive.
Remain close to the car in front of you, but always keep the minimum distance – at least half the distance of your speedometer indication (e.g. 100 km/h = 50 m distance).
Please signal interruptions or breaks to your lead driver.
Your group will stop together at designated stops.
Should you lose contact to your group, signal your lead driver or call the Ascend Team (+49 151 50389734 / +44 7500 052 947).
We kindly remind you to follow the respective traffic regulations.
Alcohol, drugs and intoxicating substances that impair one’s driving ability are prohibited during the driving activities. There is an alcohol ban (0.0 per mil) during driving activities. Participants must ensure that their consumption meet these requirements. Management is entitled to exclude a participant from taking part if impairment is suspected.
